What is Creator Business and how does it differ from representation?
Creator Business designs and builds an ongoing business with you, based on your expertise, audience and personal brand. Representation focuses on commercial opportunities with brands. Here the aim is your own offer and operation for customers or community members.
Which businesses can be built around a creator?
Depending on fit: a membership, paid community, course, premium service, coaching programme, subscription or lightweight ecommerce business. The format follows a problem you can solve and your audience's willingness to buy, rather than follower count alone.
What does VIVIO contribute to a Creator Business project?
Depending on the project, we can work on concept, offer, positioning, acquisition, landing page, checkout, automation, CRM, delivery and reporting. The proposal specifies what we build, the tools required and who operates each part. Not every project includes every component.
How involved does the creator need to be?
You need to contribute expertise, validate the offer, participate in content and commit to agreed delivery and schedules. VIVIO can provide structure and operations, but audience trust and the quality of your offer require your active participation.
How do you assess whether my audience can support a business?
We consider niche authority, genuine engagement, community needs, product–audience fit and operational commitment. A large following does not establish purchase intent. Before building, we agree which assumptions to validate and how to do so within scope.
How are upfront investment, participation and costs agreed?
A specific proposal covers initial work and ongoing collaboration. Any economic participation must define collected revenue, taxes, refunds, tools, advertising and approved costs. Revenue and profit are different; construction should not begin without written rules.
Who owns the brand, funnel, data and assets created?
Ownership, usage licences, data responsibilities and tool access must be agreed before assets are created. Depending on the model, continuity, exit and any economic rights are also defined. There is no automatic rule for every project.
Does Creator Business guarantee sales or replace my work?
It does not guarantee sales, profitability or passive income. The goal is to build and operate thoughtfully, measure response and improve. Your communication and value delivery remain essential. For a time-limited sales campaign, Launch Operator may be a better fit.
